Here's a look at what we're covering with your kids this month so that you can continue growing at home during the week.
Week 1
BIG IDEA:
The Bible says Jesus is alive!

BIBLE:
Matthew 27:45–28:10; Isaiah 25:6–9
 
ABOUT THIS WEEK:

Mysteries leave behind clues, sparking a search for answers. This week, we'll investigate the greatest mystery of all: how Jesus died and rose again, just like he said he would when he left his friends clues about God’s plan. Jesus proved that nothing is impossible for him and that all the clues lead to the fact that the Bible says Jesus is alive!
Week 2
BIG IDEA:
The Bible tells us Jesus loves us.

BIBLE:
John 20:19-31; Mark 14:12-26

ABOUT THIS WEEK:
Some mysteries feel impossible to solve until the answer is revealed in an unimaginable way. This week, we'll investigate how Jesus appeared to the disciples in a locked room, proving he was alive and offering them peace and comfort through his presence. Through Jesus’ actions and words, we’re reminded of the incredible truth that the Bible tells Jesus loves us.
Week 3
BIG IDEA:
The Bible reveals who Jesus is.

BIBLE:
Luke 24:13–35; Mark 9:2–13
 
ABOUT THIS WEEK:

Following the clues can help us piece together important answers. This week, we'll investigate the story of how Jesus revealed who he was to two disciples on the road to Emmaus using Scripture. Through this story, we'll understand that Jesus is the savior and God's Son because the Bible reveals who Jesus is.
Week 4
BIG IDEA:
The Bible shows us how to share God's love

BIBLE:

John 10: 1-11, 21:1-17

ABOUT THIS WEEK:

Solving a mystery gets to the truth behind something that seemed unclear, helping us see the bigger picture. This week, we'll investigate how Jesus helped the disciples catch fish at the Sea of Galilee and then gave Peter clarity about his mission to care for God’s people. Through Jesus’ actions and words, we discover that the Bible shows us how to share God’s love.

True story- Jesus is always with us

BIBLE:
Acts 1:3-11; John 14:1-7

ABOUT THIS WEEK
At the end of some adventure stories, the leader leaves, and the team wonders how they'll go on. This week, we'll see how Jesus' followers felt the same way when he left for heaven, but He promised that His presence would stay with them through the Holy Spirit. His promise wasn't just for them, it's for us too, because true story- Jesus is always with us.
Week 2
BIG IDEA:
True story- God helps us be righteous

BIBLE:
Acts 4:32-5:10; 1 Peter 3:13-22

ABOUT THIS WEEK:
A true adventure hero stays honest and does the right thing for the right reasons. This week, we'll see how Ananias and Sapphira tried to make themselves look good by hiding the truth, but their dishonesty lead to serious consequences. The good news is that God doesn't expect us to be perfect, but when we choose truth, true story- God helps us be righteous
Week 3
BIG IDEA:
True story- God hears us when we pray

BIBLE:

Acts 12:1-17; Ephesians 1:15-23

ABOUT THIS WEEK:

A quest is filled with dangers and obstacles- sometimes, a warrior gets trapped with no way out. This week, we'll hear how Peter was locked up in jail, heavily guarded, and escape seemed impossible. But when the church prayed for him, God sent an angel to set him free, proving that true story, God hears us when we pray.
Week 4
BIG IDEA:
True story- The Holy Spirit gives us power.

BIBLE:

Acts 2: 1-12, 16:16-40

ABOUT THIS WEEK:

Daring adventures always have moments where the main character faces challenges and has to find strength beyond their own. This week, we'll see how Paul and Silas faced grueling times but stayed strong, joyful, and full of faith. Instead of relying on themselves they leaned on God because true story- the Holy Spirit gives us power
Week 5
BIG  IDEA:
True story- God helps us share the good news. 

BIBLE:
Acts 27:13-44; Matthew 28:16-20

ABOUT THIS WEEK:

Every adventure has unexpected setbacks and obstacles that make the journey harder than expected. This week we'll see how Paul faced a terrifying shipwreck as a prisoner on his way to Rome but never stopped trusting God and sharing the good news with those around him. His story reminds us that no matter what challenges we face, true story- God helps us share the good news.

God made the world and everything in it.

BIBLE:
Genesis 1:1-25, 2:1-3; Psalm 33:4-9

ABOUT THIS WEEK:

From sky-high mountains to the deepest oceans, nothing in our world happened by accident. This week, we’ll see how God carefully created every part of the Earth, from the land and sky to plants, animals, and everything in between, filling it with beauty and purpose. Every waterfall, forest, and creature is a reminder that God made the world and everything in it.
Week 2
BIG IDEA:
We are made in God's image.

BIBLE:
Genesis 1:26-31, 2:4-7; Matthew 9:35-10:8

ABOUT THIS WEEK:

Every part of nature, from tiny insects to the grandest trees, is unique—but people are extra special. This week, we’ll see how God created the first humans with care and purpose, designing them to reflect who God is in a way nothing else can. Justas God made Adam and Eve with intention, we can trust that we were wonderfully made, too, because we are made in God’s image 

Week 3
BIG IDEA:
God made a plan to save us.

BIBLE:
Genesis 2:15-17, 3:1-15; Romans 6:1-11

ABOUT THIS WEEK:

The world is amazing but far from perfect animals get hurt, forests disappear, and people make mistakes. This week, we’ll see how Adam and Eve lived in a perfect world and still made a wrong choice, but God didn’t give up on them. From the very beginning, God had a plan to fix what was broken, proving that God made a plan to save us. 
Week 4
BIG IDEA:
God helps us make good choices.


BIBLE:
Genesis 4:2-16; Romans 6:12-13, 20-23

ABOUT THIS WEEK:

Cause and effect are everywhere floods grow plants, lost trees leave animals without homes, and our daily choices shape who we become. This week, we’ll see how two brothers, Cain and Abel, responded differently to what God asked of them. Abel followed God’s way, but Cain let anger takeover, reminding us that when we’re unsure what to do, God helps us make good choices
