Vocalists:

• can change the key of song if needed to best fit your vocal range.
• be prepared to sing your vocal part of "This is our God" as well as sing lead melody of the following: 

     female vocalist - "Goodness of God"
     male vocalist - "I Believe"

• be prepared to harmonize by ear or have the willingness to learn how to harmonize in the future

Vocalist audition songs:

• Goodness of God(Bethel Music) - female

- be prepared to sing the lead melody.

Instrumentalist:

• be prepared to play the following : 

     all instrumentalist - "I Believe"

• be prepared to play a slower worship song of your choice

• I will speak to you after the auditions with one of the three following answers: 1. yes, an invitation to the 2-4 week onboarding process; 2. yes, for a call back audition; 3. Not at this time, would love to offer resources to help assist you in reauditioning for praise team at a future date

This step consists of a 2-4 week onboarding process where you will practice with the team. This will be the opportunity for you to "audition"/" interview" the team to see if this will be a good fit for you. After the first practice, you and the worship leader will talk about how things are going, address any questions/concerns you may have. 

After successful completion of the 2-4 week on boarding process , the worship leader will reach out to you with an official invitation to join the worship team!
